This pitching package will cover all the fundamentals for becoming an elite pitcher. Instruction will include the Pitt Softball Assistant Coaching Staff.

Day 1: Rapsodo Data Collection and Assessment

Warmup led by Pitt coaches/players
Spend just over an hour getting individualized instruction based off your ENTIRE Rapsodo data and video real time (including breakdown instruction of your own pitching videos, gyro degree, spin direction, max velo per pitch, spin comparison, 3D visualization, horizontal and vertical break avgs, max’s and more.

Days 2, 3, & 4: Speed Development

Warmup and activation circuit
Spend just over na hour learning how to increase your velocity through the final three sessions of this package
- Velocities tracked and recorded during speed programs will be shared after each session

CANCELLATION POLICY
All camps are non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to campers via the email provided on their registration. Please email Pitt Sports Camp (pittsportscamp@athletics.pitt.edu) if you cannot attend camp.
